We are a mental health foundation. That aspire to empower the communities we serve, using a holistic approach and acting as a liaison to help guide beavered families, individuals with mental health problems and at-risk teens to the available resources, that will help them begin their healing journey so they can improve their health and live productive lives.
My Baby
Precise Tucker
The foundation is in honor of Precise Tucker who left this earth way to soon. She passed away at the young age of 7 years old. Her memory was used as an avatar for the Precise Center of Hope Foundation.
